Frequently asked
How does the free trial work?
14 days, no card required. Full Lite features (1 user, 100 new links / month, shared incy.my namespace, click tracking, QR codes, one bio page). At the end of the trial, the dashboard locks until you subscribe — your existing short links keep redirecting so your customers never see disruption.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage your subscription directly in Stripe from the billing page — change cards, switch monthly/annual, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. You keep access until then.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays read-only after your paid period ends — existing short links keep redirecting. If you delete your account from the danger zone, your data is queued for deletion within 30 days. We don't sell or share your data, ever.
How do I use my own domain?
Available on Pro and above. Add your domain at /admin/domains, set a DNS A record pointing at our VPS, click Issue SSL, and your short URLs live at yourdomain.com/whatever. Auto-renewed via Let's Encrypt. Don't have a domain yet? We can register one for you for a one-off setup fee.
What's the difference between a folder, a tag, and a bio page?
Folders organise your link library (each link belongs to one folder). Tags are flexible labels (a link can have many). Bio pages are public-facing landing pages listing the links you choose, at incy.my/@yourname or your own domain root.
Is there an API?
Yes — REST endpoints for creating, listing, updating, and getting stats on links. Per-user API keys with revoke support. Auto-tags every API-created link with the key's name so they're easy to spot on the dashboard. API access is on the Enterprise plan.
Where are you based and what's the data residency?
We're an Australian company (Stacksy Pty Ltd, NSW). Data is hosted on a VPS in our region. We don't use any third-party analytics or trackers on the redirect path — your click data is in our database and exportable as CSV.
What if I get a bigger team than the per-seat allowance?
Pro plan includes 5 seats and bills $5/mo per additional seat (handled via Stripe's metered pricing — you get charged on the next invoice automatically). Enterprise is unlimited seats with custom pricing.
