Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Incy Links ("the Service"), operated by Stacksy Pty Ltd ("we", "us") in Australia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Incy Links is a URL shortening and analytics service. You can create short links on shared and custom domains, track clicks, manage your team, and integrate via API (where your plan allows).
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, phishing, or other harmful content
- Mislead users about a link's destination
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages with our links
- Circumvent technical limits (rate limits, plan caps, brand-protection, profanity filters)
- Impersonate another person or organisation
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may also remove specific links without notice if they're reported as abusive.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. You can change or cancel at any time from your billing page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
Plan limits are enforced as described in the dashboard usage view. Hitting a cap doesn't break your existing links — it pauses new creation (or in the case of click tracking, pauses logging) until you upgrade or the cap window resets.
The 14-day free trial is available once per organisation. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your dashboard locks but your existing short links continue to redirect.
5. Your content and our role
The destinations you shorten remain yours. We don't claim ownership of the URLs you submit. We do store them so the service can redirect users.
We act only as a redirect intermediary — we don't endorse, inspect, or vouch for the content at any destination URL. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you link to.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Incy Links available, but we don't guarantee uptime on Lite or Pro plans. Enterprise contracts may include a specific SLA — see your contract.
We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service. Material changes that reduce paid functionality will be communicated via email or the dashboard at least 30 days in advance.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us (account self-deletion UI is on the roadmap). On termination, your short links stop redirecting and your data is queued for deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment after retries, or extended inactivity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a banner on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
