Why we built this
We're a small product studio that ships a lot of links — campaign URLs, sales decks, QR codes on print collateral, internal Slack pointers, the lot. The existing shorteners either:
- Made us pay extra to use our own domain
- Gated essential analytics behind enterprise tiers
- Loaded third-party trackers on the redirect path
- Made the URLs we shared look spammy
So we built what we wanted. Branded short URLs on your own domain. Click data in our own database — no third-party trackers slipped into the redirect. A real REST API. QR codes that keep working when you change where the link points. Bio pages for social profiles. Folders + tags so a real team can stay organised.
How we work
We ship fast and break things rarely. Every feature you see here is in active production use by us and our customers — there's no aspirational roadmap on the marketing site, only things you can actually click. If a feature isn't shipped, it doesn't get mentioned.
We don't run sales calls, demos, or "talk to sales" funnels at the entry tiers. The free trial is 14 days, no card, full access. If it works for you, subscribe in Stripe. If it doesn't, walk away with no friction.
Who's behind it
Incy Links is operated by Stacksy Pty Ltd, an Australian software company based in Perth, Western Australia (ABN 19 691 241 291). We build software products for ourselves and for customers across hockey officiating, medical sales, real estate, and a handful of other niches.

Our principles
- Your data, your database. Click data, link metadata, bio content — it's all in your account, exportable any time as CSV. No data lock-in.
- No third-party trackers on redirects. When someone clicks one of your short links, no Google Analytics / Bitly / Facebook pixel runs. The only thing that happens is the redirect and a row in our DB.
- Transparent pricing. Real numbers on the pricing page. No "starting from", no "call us", no surprise overages. If you hit a cap, we tell you and offer the upgrade — we don't silently charge.
- Cancellation that actually works. Self-service in Stripe. Effective end-of-period. Your links keep redirecting after cancellation so your customers never see disruption.
- Build for teams, not just individuals. Folders, tags, ownership, bulk operations, multi-user orgs — all standard, not enterprise-gated.
